You're good at your job. Something still needs to change, and you don't know what.
In the Reinvention Program, you test your next step in real life before you change anything big. Most people don't need to quit their job.
You're doing well by every measure that used to matter. But something has shifted. The work that once felt exciting now feels flat, and you've been saying "something needs to change" for longer than you'd like to admit.
Most people try to think their way out. They read the books. Some change company. A few months later, the same feeling is back.
This is for people who are good at their job, at a big company or in their own business.
Your old identities and habits don't have to control your future choices.
Most people stay stuck because of who they have been. The job title. The habits. The things they were told were sensible. Once you see that, the next step gets a lot easier.
You don't find this out by thinking. You find it by testing things in real life.
He was sure he needed a new career. The word in the middle of his Ikigai was "Lawyer". He kept his career and reconnected with his three kids.
For years she called her art a hobby. In our first session she said: "I can be an artist. That can be my primary thing." She has started selling her work.
She was sure moving back to Paris was the answer. She tested it for a few weeks. It wasn't. She came home early and called it a successful experiment.

Reinvention has a shape. Five stages, in order. It's the path I take every client through, and the same one in my book, The Art of Reinvention.
You stop pretending your life is the one you want. The Life Report shows you where the gap is.
Quiet inward work on your values and strengths, with True Self, Values Mapping and Ikigai.
Conversations with people you admire surface options you could never find on your own.
You run small experiments instead of overthinking, and let real results guide the decision.
You accept the new story as yours and start living it.
Reading the book? The program follows the same five stages, one to one, with me next to you. We don't always finish all five during the program. We go as far as you need.
Consultant. Startup founder. Googler. Chief People Officer. Now coach. Each time, I had outgrown the chapter. So I designed the next one.
The biggest change started with one question. The woman I was dating asked me why I worked. To pay the bills, I said. So she showed me another way: rent out the apartment to pay the bills, and live from a van. It was a test with a safety net, not a leap.
The approach was always the same: work out what I actually wanted, have real conversations with interesting people, and test before deciding. That became 50 Lunches, and it is at the heart of the program.

Most people start with a free 30-minute call, so we can see if it fits. All coaching is online by video, in English.
A 90-minute session to step back and make sense of your situation.
We work out what to keep and what to change. Then you test it with real people, not in your head.
The Reinvention Program helps you find the direction. This goes further: 3 months of real-world testing, between-session coaching, and a personal web presence to back it all up.
I take 5 clients at a time, so each one gets my full attention.
Reduced prices and payment plans available for unemployed and low-income clients.
It's the five-stage path I take every client through, and the same one in my book. Acknowledge, Rediscover, Get Inspired, Sense and Embrace. Reinvention has a shape, and these are the stages, in order. You name the gap, remember who you are, explore what's possible, test it in real life, and embrace the new you. Read the full method here.
When you're stuck, "do something different" is useless advice. What helps is knowing which stage you're actually on and what the next one is. The five stages give reinvention a clear shape, so it feels like a process you can follow instead of one scary leap. I built it from my own four reinventions and refined it with real clients. It isn't a generic model I borrowed from somewhere else.
No. The coaching is online by video, in English, so it works wherever you live. Clients have joined from the US and from Europe. If you live near Malaga, we can also meet in person.
Usually not. Most people need a smaller change than they fear. Some keep the same job and change the life around it. We test the options in real life before you decide anything. Want to know which kind of change fits you? Take the free Reinvention Type quiz.
Book the free 30-minute call. We talk about where you are and whether the program fits. If it doesn't, I'll tell you. And if you start and it isn't right after three sessions, you get all your money back.
That's the whole point. Most people who come to me don't have a clear answer. They just know something feels off. The process is designed to help you figure out what you want, not to execute on a plan you already have.
Yes. Most clients work full-time. Sessions are 90 minutes, usually every week or two. The exercises between sessions take about an hour, and you have your 50 Lunches conversations at your own pace.
Therapy looks backward to understand how you got here. Coaching looks forward to figure out where you're going. We don't do deep emotional processing. We map your values, test ideas in real life, and decide what to do next. If I think therapy would serve you better, I'll say so.
You leave with a clear direction, a written summary of everything we found, and tools you can keep using. If you need more time, I would rather give you more than less. Personal Reinvention adds 3 months of real-world testing and support.
If it isn't right for you after the third session, you get all €2,900 back. If you did the conversations and the homework and still have no result at the end, I give you up to three extra sessions for free.
The coaching itself is fully human. Between sessions, I use AI tools to transcribe our conversations, identify patterns across sessions, and structure insights so nothing gets lost. This means we can go deeper in our actual time together instead of spending it on admin.
Yes, it's a free 30-minute conversation where we see if the program is a good fit. I'll ask about your situation, explain how the process works, and answer any questions. If it's not the right time or the right fit, I'll tell you.
A 5-minute check-in across eight categories of life. My adaptation of the classic coaching exercise commonly known as the Wheel of Life. See where you stand, what's feeding you, what's draining you, and three things worth focusing on next. No call required.
