Your data, kept simple.

Who I am
Ken Hellem, life coach based in Málaga, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect
When you complete the Life Report, I collect: your name, your email address, your quiz answers (Life Report scores, multiple-choice selections, open reflections), and the timestamp of submission.
Cookies, analytics and ads
The site asks before it sets any cookies. If you click Accept, two tools load. Google Analytics counts visits. The Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views a page, finishes a quiz, joins my list, or buys the book, so I can see which ads work and show them to the right people. Your quiz answers and your email address are never sent to Google or Meta. If you click Decline, neither tool loads. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
When you send one of my quizzes or forms, your name and email are also saved in your own browser, so the next quiz is already filled in and says "Welcome back". This stays on your device. It is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with anyone. Click "Start fresh" at the top of any quiz to remove it, or clear this site's data in your browser.
Why I collect it
To generate and send you a personalised report. To follow up with you about coaching if you asked me to (via the consent checkbox). That's it.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare (my site host). Your report is generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Emails are sent via Resend. All three providers are GDPR-compliant.
How long I keep it
As long as you remain on my email list, or for 24 months after your last interaction, whichever is shorter. I delete it fully on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask me to: show you the data I have on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Just reply to any email from me, or write to [email protected]. I respond within 30 days.
Unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you immediately.
Changes to this policy
If I change anything material, I'll email anyone on my list before it takes effect.
